The Reiki trainings themselves are private, one-to-one experiences. I intentionally teach this way so there is room to move at your pace, personalize your experience, ask questions freely, practice together, and allow the training to respond to what is unfolding specifically for you.

If you join the four-month path, your Reiki I & II or Reiki Master training will still be private, while parts of the months that follow will bring you together with the other women in your cohort for shared experiences, including our Reading Circle, Reiki shares, integration gatherings, and our Reiki Drum Making Ceremony Day Retreat.

You receive the intimacy of private training and the community of moving through a season of Reiki alongside others.

Yes. Payment plans are available for both private trainings and the four-month paths, so your investment can be spread out over time.

I am also open to partial trades for services, goods, or creative work that feel mutually supportive. If you have something you would like to offer as part of your investment, you are welcome to propose it when you inquire. Trades are considered individually and must be agreed upon before registration. Partial trades are only considered for private trainings and the Mountain Path.

Because the Sanctuary Path includes significant outside costs such as accommodations and chef prepared meals, partial trade availability is a no go.

Yes. Receive a $497 rate for private Reiki I & II training. Massage continuing education credit is not currently offered.

The Sanctuary Path adds a private retreat experience at The Houses at Atavi with accommodations, chef prepared meals, and the Journey to Your Power Symbol Yoga Nidra & Reiki experience, a deeply restful guided journey designed to help you connect intuitively with a personal symbol of power, meaning, or guidance that is uniquely your own.

Your four months begin with your private Reiki training, either Reiki I & II or Reiki Master level, scheduled individually around your path and availability.

From there, we stay connected through Reiki shares, our Reading Circle, mentorship, shared practices, conversation, and space for whatever is unfolding in your Reiki practice and your life.

Each September, the women moving through The Reiki Path gather at a beautiful retreat space for our Reiki Drum Making Ceremony, a shared day of ritual and community woven into your individual journey.

The purpose of these four months is to honor Reiki as a spiritual initiation beyond simply receiving a certification, giving you time to live with what you have received while still held in support, practice, and community.

Choose a private training if you want to learn Reiki, receive your certification, and feel comfortable continuing your practice independently afterward. We’ll spend two or three days immersed in the training together, and you’ll leave with everything you need to begin practicing at your level.

Choose a four-month path if you want more time to live with what you are learning. Your certification training is still private and one-to-one, but instead of our work ending there, we stay connected for four months through mentorship, Reiki shares, our Reading Circle, shared practices, and the Reiki Drum Making Ceremony Day Retreat.

The four month path is for the woman who wants Reiki to become a practice they are actively living, with a season of support, community, and integration around them.

Our Reiki Drum Making Day Retreat will be guided by Mia Luz of Drumdoula, a ceremonial guide and drum maker who leads us through the process of creating our own drums by hand.

We’ll spend the day in ceremony, working with natural materials to stretch, lace, and bring our drums into form while exploring the drum as a symbol of rhythm, connection, and the heartbeat of the Earth.

Each drum is entirely your own, created by your hands and infused with the intention you bring to it.

Friday — Arrive + Settle In
Afternoon arrival with time to settle into your private waterfront cabin, followed by a laid back chef-prepared dinner, and our first Reiki training session.

Saturday — Immerse
Morning Reiki training followed by a leisurely chef prepared brunch. We’ll continue our training in the afternoon, with space built in to hike the private trails, kayak, rest, or soak in the outdoor tub. We’ll close our day with a Journey to Your Power Symbol Yoga Nidra experience and a chef-prepared dinner.

Sunday — Integrate + Return
Chef prepared breakfast and our final Reiki training and integration together, followed by time to enjoy the property before heading home.

Across the weekend, we’ll complete approximately 10 hours of private Reiki instruction while leaving plenty of room to receive, rest, and experience the beauty of Atavi.

Private Reiki trainings and the Mountain Reiki Path begin at my home, tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside of Asheville, North Carolina. It is a quiet, intimate setting surrounded by nature, intentionally chosen for one-to-one learning and practice.

The Sanctuary Reiki Path begins with a private weekend retreat at The Houses at Atavi in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, where you’ll have your own accommodations, chef prepared meals, and space to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Each September, women moving through The Reiki Path come together at a beautiful retreat space for our annual Reiki Drum Making Ceremony & Day Retreat, a shared day of ritual, practice, and community woven into each woman’s individual four-month journey.

Absolutely! You do not need to have completed your previous Reiki training with me to continue your path here.

To enter Reiki Master training with me, you must have completed Reiki I & II and have at least one year of experience practicing Reiki since receiving your Reiki II certification.

You do not need to have completed Reiki I & II with me. If you trained with another teacher, I’ll ask about your previous training and lineage to make sure you are prepared for the Master-level work.

Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® has additional prerequisites, which we’ll review together before registration.

Your certification may mark the end of our training days together, but it is really the beginning of your relationship with Reiki.

You’ll leave with the practices and tools you need to continue working with Reiki on your own—through self-Reiki, offering Reiki to others, and allowing the practice to become part of your everyday life.

You’ll also be invited into ongoing Reiki shares and opportunities to practice in community, and if you eventually feel called to deepen your training, you are welcome to return for the next level.

My hope is that you leave feeling supported, but also confident enough to begin trusting your own relationship with Reiki.

The Reiki Path four month container is an intentionally intimate experience, with private certification training, personalized mentorship, and retreat experiences reserved specifically for you. Your enrollment represents a mutual commitment of time, preparation, and resources.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I will always approach unexpected circumstances with care and consideration. The following policies help me honor both your investment and the commitments made to create this experience.

Reservations & Payment

Your enrollment in The Reiki Path is secured at the time of booking with either payment in full or the first installment of your selected monthly payment plan.

If you select monthly installments, your first payment secures your enrollment, and the remaining installments are collected automatically according to the schedule agreed upon at registration.

Your payment reserves your place and private, to be decided upon together, certification training dates.

20% of your investment, whether paying monthly or paying in full, is designated as a nonrefundable reservation fee to account for the time, preparation, and arrangements committed to your experience.

The remainder is subject to the cancellation terms below.

Cancellations Before Training

If you need to cancel your enrollment, the following terms apply based on your scheduled certification training date.

60 or more days before training

You may cancel and receive a refund of all amounts paid beyond your 20% nonrefundable reservation fee.

Any future installments will be canceled.

30–59 days before training

Payments made beyond your 20% nonrefundable reservation fee may be applied as credit toward a future Reiki Path within 12 months. All future payments will be canceled.

Fewer than 30 days before training

All payments already made are nonrefundable. Any remaining payment obligations will be canceled.

Additional Cancellation Terms for the Sanctuary Path

Because the Sanctuary Path includes private accommodations, chef-prepared meals, and retreat experiences arranged specifically for you, some expenses are paid or committed to in advance.

If you cancel your enrollment, any retreat expenses that I have already paid and cannot recover may be deducted from your eligible refund or credit.

These expenses will be clearly explained and documented.

Travel Insurance for the Sanctuary Path

Because the Sanctuary Path includes private accommodations, chef-prepared meals, and retreat experiences reserved specifically for you, I strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance with trip cancellation and interruption coverage to help protect your investment.

You may purchase coverage independently through a travel insurance provider of your choice. I recommend exploring policies as soon as you enroll, as certain benefits are available only when coverage is purchased within a specified period after your initial payment.

When selecting a policy, be sure to confirm that it covers your specific retreat arrangements, prepaid program expenses, and the circumstances under which you may need to cancel or interrupt your experience. I can provide all needed information to you upon request.

Travel insurance is not included in your Sanctuary Path investment. Purchasing insurance is optional, and coverage, eligibility, exclusions, and reimbursement decisions are determined entirely by your chosen insurance provider.

The Reiki Path cancellation and refund policy remains in effect regardless of whether you purchase travel insurance.

Rescheduling Your Private Training

If you need to change your training dates, please contact me as early as possible.

Note: One rescheduling request may be accommodated with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability.

Requests made fewer than 30 days before training will be considered individually and may involve additional expenses, particularly for the Sanctuary Path.

Rescheduling does not automatically extend your four-month mentorship or community access. Any changes to your overall journey must be agreed upon in writing.

Once Your Reiki Path Begins

Once your private certification training has begun, your Reiki Path investment is nonrefundable.

If you choose to withdraw, discontinue participation, or are unable to complete the experience for personal reasons, you remain responsible for the full program investment, including any outstanding installments under your agreed-upon payment plan.

Missed mentorship sessions, community gatherings, or retreat experiences do not qualify for partial refunds or reductions in the program investment.

Exceptions apply only when I am unable to provide the agreed-upon services.

Mentorship Sessions & Community Gatherings

Your Reiki Path includes three private mentorship sessions following certification training.

These sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice may be forfeited.

Monthly Reiki Shares, Reading Circle gatherings, and outdoor experiences are offered on scheduled dates throughout the year. Participants are encouraged to attend whenever possible to make the most of their time in community. If you are unable to attend a gathering, missed experiences are not eligible for refunds, credits, or individual make-up sessions.

Outdoor gatherings are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or canceled when conditions are unsuitable.

Lifetime access to Reiki Shares & GroupMe Chat means you are welcome to continue attending the Reiki Shares I offer beyond your four-month Path, for as long as those gatherings remain available. This does not guarantee that Reiki Shares will be offered indefinitely.

Annual Reiki Gathering

Your Reiki Path investment includes our annual gathering.

For 2027, this experience is our Reiki Drum Making Ceremony & Day Retreat in Western North Carolina.

Together, we'll spend the day in ritual, create our own handcrafted Reiki drums, explore Reiki drumming, and gather in community.

Because materials, facilitators, and retreat arrangements are reserved in advance, choosing not to attend does not qualify for a refund or reduction in your investment.

If you are unable to attend on the tbd date, please notify me as early as possible. Because this experience involves advance arrangements, dedicated facilitation, and materials prepared specifically for the ceremony, missed attendance is not eligible for a refund, credit, or make-up experience. Drum-making materials cannot be provided separately.

If circumstances require a change of venue, date, facilitator, or activity, I will communicate those changes promptly and work to provide a comparable experience.

If I must cancel the annual gathering and cannot provide a comparable experience, you will receive a refund for only that undelivered portion of your Reiki Path.

Payment Plans & Klarna

Monthly installment plans are offered to make The Reiki Path more financially accessible.

Your first installment secures your enrollment, and subsequent payments are collected automatically according to your agreed-upon schedule.

By choosing an installment plan, you agree to the total investment and payment terms provided at registration.

If you cancel before training begins, any remaining payment obligations will be determined by the cancellation window and your enrollment agreement. Eligible future installments will be canceled as outlined above.

Once training has begun, remaining installments continue according to the agreed-upon schedule.

If a scheduled payment fails, I will contact you to arrange payment. Continued nonpayment may result in a pause of mentorship or community access until your account is brought current.

Klarna financing, when available, is subject to eligibility, approval, and the financing terms presented at checkout. Any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment provider, with financing adjustments handled according to that provider's terms.

If I Need to Cancel or Make Significant Changes

If I must cancel your private certification training and we cannot agree upon an alternative date, you will receive a refund for the training and any other prepaid portions of your experience that cannot be delivered.

If I cancel your entire Reiki Path before it begins, you will receive a full refund.

If an individual gathering or experience cannot take place and no comparable alternative is provided, I will offer an appropriate refund for that undelivered portion.

For the annual Reiki gathering, the allocated refund amount is $800.

Unexpected Circumstances

Severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, venue closures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may occasionally require an experience to be postponed, relocated, or adjusted.

I will communicate any changes as promptly as possible and make reasonable efforts to preserve the quality and intention of your Reiki Path.

If a substantial portion of your experience cannot be delivered or reasonably rescheduled, an appropriate refund will be offered for the undelivered services.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in The Reiki Path, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and payment terms.

My intention is to create an experience rooted in mutual respect, thoughtful communication, and care for everyone involved.
