What I Offer
ICRT Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II Certification
Developed by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), this is a gentle, yet powerful spiritual energy that provides deep healing, personal empowerment, and a strong sense of safety.
This two-day course covers the history of Reiki, hand placements, basic Japanese techniques (like scanning and dry bathing), distance healing, and symbols through lecture, practice, and placements through Holy Fire® lineage energy.
ICRT Usui/Holy Fire® III Master Certification
This life-changing ICRT three-day course elevates your practice to the Master level, introducing the refined, high-frequency energy of Holy Fire® Reiki. Through powerful ignitions and direct spiritual guidance, you will deepen your personal healing and gain the full qualifications to even teach all levels of Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki, if you would like.
ICRT Karuna Reiki® Master Certifcation
Developed by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), Karuna Reiki is a system of advanced healing based on karuna (a Sanskrit word for "compassionate action"). Kuan Yin is deeply connected to this modality, embodying the unconditional love and mercy that the energy represents.
This three-day course combines higher-level Holy Fire® frequencies with Karuna symbols for advanced compassion-based trauma and relationship healing.
You must be a Reiki Master for at least 6 months prior to this certification level.
The Trainings
These are small-group trainings offered either in person or live online (Zoom), with room for learning, discussion, experience and practice. My home is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, just 20 minutes from Asheville. My exact home address is shared privately with registered in-person students. Payment plans available.

A three-day advanced Master training for Reiki Masters called to continue into Karuna Reiki®, with additional symbols, experiences and deeper practice.

In Person: Trainings are 1-1 and held in my home in the Asheville area. For privacy, the exact address is provided after registration. Students bring their own lunch, snacks and anything they need to feel comfortable for the day.
Live Online: Join the full training in real time from your own space. Online trainings are interactive and include live teaching, guided experiences, practice, discussion and time for questions. You will receive preparation details before class begins.

Questions, experiences and the things that don't fit neatly into a training manual are welcome here.
Integration
The intention is that you leave knowing how to bring Reiki into your own life and practice.
8 women 8 months
In 2027, I’m taking teaching much further…
I’m creating an 8-month Reiki cohort + mentorship for eight women.
We’ll begin in May 2027 and move through Reiki I, Reiki II, and eventually Reiki Master together before closing the following January.
The certifications are only part of it…
Think going away together in a magical setting for 4-days, 3-nights for Reiki I & II, with months afterward to practice, gathering for Reiki shares, meet for 1:1 mentorship, share in book club together, make our own Reiki rattles and explore rattling in Reiki sessions, and returning for another 4-day, 3-night Reiki Master immersion in December before we spend January 2028 integrating and closing the container.

Reiki found me in 2016 while in the depths of postpartum depression after having my daughter.
“I’m going to a Reiki training next week, do you want to join?” My good friend asked me after I had just gotten done crying again. “Is it like a psychic thing?” I responded. “Not sure, but it sounds cool!”, she replied enthusiastically.
